ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE: Responsible for timely review of all Patio homes applications for changes to the exterior of any HOA Member property. Ensure that the architecture guidelines are being followed. Recommend any changes to the review process to make it efficient.
FACILITIES AND LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE: Responsible for reviewing the maintenance of all common area properties – including the tree maintenance and landscape, swimming pool, tennis courts, tot lots, playgrounds, and green belt. Provide oversight of contractors ensuring the work is completed as requested.
FINANCE COMMITTEE: Review the monthly financials against budget and monitor / minimize the variances by providing recommendations to keep the expenses low.
COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE: Provide input for website and newsletter to improve communication to residents.
COMMUNITY EVENTS COMMITTEE: Plan community activities and events that support our community.
ELECTION COMMITTEE: Review election timeline with HOA Management and follow each step in the process to elect board members at the annual TRG HOA March Meeting.
BUDGET COMMITTEE: Review expenses and projected expenditures for the next fiscal year; review budget created by management company against actuals; ensure adequate reserves and accurate projections for all line items including insurance, utilities, landscape, management fees, etc.
